Who the client is

A Hong Kong-based private jet charter broker offering aircraft charter across Asia, travel memberships with concierge support, and bespoke trip planning for frequent private flyers. Their clients ask AI assistants for recommendations in both English and Chinese, and AI picks a different winner in each language.

The challenge

The company's established clientele came through referrals and word of mouth, a channel with a natural ceiling on growth. As part of a new business initiative, they wanted to reach the next generation of private flyers, a group that asks AI for recommendations. When the engagement began, the company's AI visibility sat at 2%: it appeared in roughly 1 in 50 relevant AI answers, and inquiries came almost entirely through personal referrals.

What Simaia did

We wrote LLM-optimized blog articles for the company's website, each one answering a question private flyers ask AI when they choose a charter broker in Hong Kong. We paired the articles with press releases, so AI platforms found the company in news coverage as well as on its own site.

Results

Within 6 weeks, AI visibility went from 2% to 15%. Inquiries started arriving through the website, including leads asking for jet charter services. The website became a lead source for the business.
