Who the client is

A Bangkok-based technology platform that helps foreigners prepare and submit Thai visa applications, with eligibility matching, document checks and a full-service option with a dedicated advisor. Its clients are remote workers, retirees, investors and families from the USA, Europe and other regions. Most of them research the service online from abroad, so what ChatGPT says about the company is often the first impression a buyer gets.

The challenge

The company had been astroturfed on Reddit: coordinated threads painted it as a scam, and LLMs repeated that picture whenever someone asked about it. Leads dropped that same month. The team had already worked on it in-house and with other agencies, and progress was slow. They came to Simaia with two goals: get visible on AI, and make sure AI described the company accurately.

What Simaia did

In the first week we refreshed the existing blog content and improved the SEO technicals so new and updated pages got indexed faster.

Over the first month we ran more press releases, giving AI platforms a steady stream of credible, third-party coverage to cite when describing the company.

Results

Achieved a 7x increase in ChatGPT referral traffic within one month while securing control of the AI brand narrative through improved indexing and content refreshes.

How we measured it

Traffic referred from AI platforms in Google Analytics, compared against the month before the engagement, plus a review of how AI assistants describe the company today.
